Fake Windows Tech Support | Scammer fights back with useless threats
"In this one the first Scammer uses the usual scamming techniques and runs the Netstat Command and claims I have infections within my Network. She also lies about stopped services in Msconfig and also in Event Viewer. When I began to pressure her slightly on the claims she quickly leaves the line still connected to my VM. The second Scammer I spoke to carried out similar tactics and further cliamed how I had Network infections on my computer and lied about Network Access Protection (NAP) and also about the SSL Certificates. He further lied about my Drivers being stopped. When I finally confronted him he became extremely aggressive and made many useless threats he clearly could not carry out. He cliamed he knew my location and when prompted he said I was located in California which is incorrect. He later continued cursing and making threats until he disconnected the call.
"Unfortunately, I was unable to find out the companies name and they simply just called themselves 'Microsoft' which they clearly are not.
"First Agents Name: Janet
Second Agents Name: David Marlow
"Number Called: 844-459-8882
"I will be reporting this number to Microsoft alongside reporting these people to LogMeIn and Supremo and using this video as evidence of a Scam."
