Tech Support Scammer - Using Bitcoin? "I feel proud to scam people"

"The crazy thing about this guy in particular is that he is the first scammer I've seen that uses Bitcoin to have people pay. He also puts his own password on their Circle account so that he can potentially buy up more bitcoins without the person knowing.
"Bitcoin is almost completely anonymous, and 100% non-refundable."
Anyone who gets scammed by this guy using Bitcoin would most likely never be able to convince their bank to refund the money, since Circle charges the card as if it was a "cash withdraw."
