"Guruaid" Tech Support Scam | Lying about Temp Files

"In this one I call up a known Tech Support Scam business named 'Guruaid'. I first off apologize about the poor audio quality in this one as the background noise of the Scammer effected the clarlity of hearing me throughout the call. The Scammer in this one pulls a number of known tricks and social engineering tactics to attempt to convince me that my VM has problems. She lies about the Temp Folder and also about my Firewall not being enabled. Alongside this she also lies about there being 'fake programs' on my VM which is simply not true. When I eventually confront her she is quick to attempt to clear her name and her companies'. She alongside this also questions why I called her and got quite angry at the response."
